A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

  3. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at meyerstore.contact@gmail.com and our support team will assist you promptly.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email at meyerstore.contact@gmail.com. Our support team will provide all return instructions, including the shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning any item. Meyer Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
